US IT Recruiter Intern
Position: US IT Recruiter Intern Experience: MBA Fresher Location:Hyderabad Key Responsibilities * Source IT candidates through **LinkedIn, job portals, and recruitment databases**. * Understand and work on US IT job requirements. * Conduct initial candidate screening and collect basic information. * Communicate with candidates through **calls, emails, and messages**. * Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates. * Maintain candidate details and recruitment trackers. * Learn US staffing concepts such as **W2, C2C, 1099, and work authorization**. * Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process. Mandatory Skills **Excellent Communication | English Speaking | Written Communication | Candidate Screening | Sourcing | LinkedIn | Job Portals | US IT Recruitment | Interview Coordination | Follow-up | Basic IT Knowledge** Mandatory Communication Skills * Excellent **verbal and written English** * Confident speaking with candidates over **phone calls** * Good **listening and interpersonal skills** * Clear and professional **email communication** * Strong **follow-up and convincing skills** * Ability to communicate with **US candidates and clients** * Willingness to work in **US time zones** Eligibility * MBA graduate with good communication skills. * **Freshers and candidates with 0–1 year experience** can apply. * Basic understanding of IT technologies is an advantage. * Willingness to learn **US IT staffing and recruitment**. Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
