Additional performance-based incentives may apply. Job Description We are looking for fresh graduates who are interested in building a career in US IT Recruitment. The selected candidates will receive training and work closely with experienced recruiters. Responsibilities Understand hiring requirements and recruitment processes Source candidates through job portals and professional networks Review resumes and identify suitable candidates Conduct initial candidate screening Communicate with candidates regarding job opportunities Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates Maintain candidate information and recruitment records Support the recruitment team in achieving hiring targets Requirements Bachelor's degree in any discipline Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience Good verbal and written communication skills Willingness to work during US business hours Comfortable working from office Good interpersonal and organizational skills Basic knowledge of job portals or LinkedIn is an advantage Benefits Training in US IT Recruitment Exposure to international recruitment processes Mentorship and learning opportunities PF and ESI benefits Career growth opportunities Joining: Immediate joiners preferred / Candidates available to join within 1 week.
