This is a full-time employment where we impart “ on the job ” training on US IT recruitment, teaching our best practices on how to scout for the best IT talent in the US for some of our esteemed Fortune 100 clients. This job requires the candidates to have exceptional communication skills and a willingness to work in night shift in a fast-paced IT recruitment environment. This is a work from office position, our office is in Nagarabhavi, Bengaluru . Who We Require: Any fresh graduate with exceptional communication skill wanting to become a US IT Recruiter. What We Require: Any Graduate with excellent communication skill. Willingness to work Night shifts in a fast-paced environment. Be judicious and diligent during the training and be able to implement the same on Job. Key Responsibilities: Source, screen, and shortlist IT professionals for contract-to-hire positions in the US. Work on Job boards Understand client requirements, technical skills, and job descriptions thoroughly. Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring cycle. Negotiate compensation and ensure smooth onboarding. Work during US business hours (EST) . When We Required: Immediately. Key skills Excellent Communication Skills. Good interpersonal skills. Details of Offer and Job: The work time would be Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM EST (Easter Standard Time), this works to 18:30 to 3:30 AM IST from November to March and from 17:30 to 2:30 AM IST from April to October. The employees come on their own to office at the login time but get dropped by cab at the log out time. The cab drop is usually confined to a radius of 10 Kms. Probation is for a period of 6 months . You become eligible for promotion, hike, medical Insurance and PF at the end of Probation.
