US IT Recruiter

Job Title: US IT Recruiter Location: Hyderabad -Onsite (5 Days/Week) Experience: 4+ Years

Job Summary We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced US IT Recruiter with 4+years of hands-on experience in US staffing. The ideal candidate will have strong exposure to working with Direct clients, implementation partners and Tier 1 vendors, focusing primarily on C2C (Corp-to-Corp) & W2 hiring.

This role demands excellent communication skills, strong email etiquette, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for US IT requirements, with 80% focus on C2C roles and 20% on direct client roles
• Work closely with implementation partners and Tier 1 vendors to fulfill open positions
• Source, screen, and submit qualified candidates within defined timelines
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors, consultants, and candidates
• Negotiate rates and manage candidate expectations effectively
• Ensure high-quality submissions with proper documentation and compliance
• Track submissions, interviews, and placements using ATS tools
• Follow up regularly with candidates and vendors for feedback and updates
• Maintain professional email communication with clients and vendors.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in US IT Recruitment/Staffing
• Strong experience working with C2C hiring models
• Proven track record with implementation partners and Tier 1 vendors
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong email etiquette and professional communication standards
• Ability to work independently and meet recruitment targets
• Good understanding of US work authorization types (H1B, GC, USC, OPT, etc.)
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Technical Skills

Hands-on experience with ATS platforms such as:

• Ceipal
• JobDiva
• Bullhorn

Proficient in using job boards like Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, etc. Strong internet sourcing and Boolean search skills
