US IT & Non-IT Recruiter
Position: US IT & Non-IT Recruiter Experience: 2–8 Years Location: Hyderabad – Onsite Shift: Night Shift Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role We are looking for experienced US IT & Non-IT Recruiters to join our growing recruitment team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the US staffing/recruitment process , excellent communication skills, and the ability to identify, engage, and place qualified candidates across various IT and Non-IT positions. Key Responsibilities Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for US IT and Non-IT requirements. Source qualified candidates through job portals, databases, referrals, and other recruitment channels. Review resumes and assess candidates based on job requirements. Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate interviews. Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements. Understand client requirements and effectively match candidates to open positions. Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment and interview process. Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment records in the ATS. Meet individual and team recruitment targets. Develop and maintain strong candidate relationships. Work effectively during US business hours/night shifts . Requirements 2–8 years of experience in US Staffing/Recruitment. Candidates must have experience specifically in US Staffing . Experience in US IT and/or Non-IT recruitment . Good understanding of US recruitment processes and hiring practices. Strong sourcing and candidate-screening skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently as well as in a team. Target-oriented approach with strong negotiation and follow-up skills. Willingness to work in a night shift environment. Candidates must be willing to work onsite in Hyderabad . Why Join Us?
