Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and deliver qualified candidates within timelines. Source, screen, and interview candidates through job portals, field hiring, and direct outreach. Ensure compliance with healthcare hiring standards and US entity requirements. Coordinate onboarding and maintain strong candidate engagement throughout the hiring cycle. Key Requirements Mandatory:Experience in diagnostics or healthcare recruitment from US healthcare entities, with excellent communication skills. Experience in Phlebotomist hiring, healthcare recruitment, or rider/blue-collar hiring. The candidate should have excellent spoken English that is easy for clients or candidates to understand. Strong sourcing and screening skills. Familiarity with job portals and field hiring. Good communication and coordination abilities.
