Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, priorities, and qualifications. Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean search, referrals, and other channels. Conduct resume screening and phone/video interviews to assess qualifications, licensure, and fit. Coordinate interviews across US time zones and support offer negotiations. Pipeline & ATS Management Build and maintain active candidate pipelines for assigned requisitions. Keep candidate records and ATS information accurate and up to date. Track requisition status, time-to-fill, and pipeline progress, escalating potential hiring risks. Compliance & Documentation Verify required licenses, certifications, and credentials for US healthcare roles. Ensure recruitment activities follow applicable US employment and compliance requirements. Prepare candidate submissions and interview feedback. Client & Candidate Management Serve as a key point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process. Maintain a professional and positive candidate and client experience. Provide market and sourcing insights to support recruitment strategies. Reporting & Collaboration Provide regular updates on recruitment progress, pipeline metrics, and hiring status. Collaborate with recruiters and coordinators to share leads and best practices. Participate in client calls and recruitment meetings as needed. Qualifications & Requirements Education Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered. Experience At least 1 year of US healthcare recruitment experience required. Experience with clinical and/or non-clinical healthcare roles preferred. RPO, staffing, or agency recruitment experience is an advantage. Ability to manage multiple requisitions and meet hiring targets. Pay: Php17,614.09 - Php54,767.38 per month Work Location: In person
