US College Admission Specialist

4PREP ACADEMY is a consulting company based in Tashkent. We help students from Uzbekistan gain admission to universities in the USA, the UK, Australia, and Europe with high scholarships (up to 90%) and successfully obtain student visas (including F-1). We operate using an IDP-level system with clear SOPs, a CRM, team-based expertise, and AI-powered tools.

Responsibilities:

• Providing consultations to students and parents on studying abroad (USA / UK / Australia / Europe).
• Evaluating student profiles: GPA/academic records, IELTS/TOEFL scores, budget, sponsor, and academic/career goals.

Selecting universities and programs based on the student’s profile and scholarship potential. -

Managing the admissions process: essays/motivation letters, CVs, recommendation letters, application forms, deadlines, and portals.

Communicating with universities via email and application portals.

Visa preparation: documentation, strategy development, and mock interviews (USA as a priority).

Managing students in the CRM system and ensuring compliance with company SOPs.

Participating in online and offline events (webinars and in-person meetings).

Requirements: -

At least 1 year of experience in study abroad, admissions, or education consulting.

Strong understanding of the U.S. admissions process (Common App / Coalition / university portals) — required.

Knowledge of UK (UCAS), Australia, or Europe admissions systems is a plus.

English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher (IELTS 6.5+ is preferred).

Ability to communicate confidently with parents, clearly explaining the process and potential risks.

Strong organizational skills: managing deadlines, documents, and CRM systems.

Conditions -

Salary: $1000–$1,500 net + performance-based bonuses.
