A global company that manufactures transmission equipment (core products include precision reducers/gearboxes, micro special motors, and drivers, widely used in industrial robotics, automation equipment, and intelligent logistics) is seeking: Position: US Operations Manager/GM Job Responsibilities: Responsible for the daily operations management of the US branch, executing headquarters' strategic planning, and achieving regional sales, profit, and operational targets. Drive brand building in the US market — continuously enhance brand awareness through key account marketing, distributor development, industry trade shows, and online/offline marketing activities. Responsible for developing and enabling/training local US distributors/agents, building a stable and efficient sales channel network. Follow up on key accounts and projects, driving the full process of business engagement, order tracking, delivery coordination, and customer relationship maintenance. Continuously research the US transmission market landscape, competitor movements, and customer pain points, and feed back product optimization and iteration suggestions to headquarters. Responsible for recruiting and building the local team for the US branch, establishing local performance evaluation and incentive mechanisms to improve team effectiveness. Manage the branch's budget, expenses, and inventory, ensuring compliant operations in finance, legal, and tax matters. Coordinate headquarters' supply chain, technical, and after-sales resources to ensure local order delivery and customer service. Job Requirements: Based in San Francisco, USA. Bachelor's degree or above; majors in mechanical automation, mechatronics engineering, or related fields preferred. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. now and future Fluent in both Chinese and English (listening, speaking, reading, writing), able to independently conduct business negotiations, client visits, and team management. 5+ years of experience in overseas subsidiary operations management; experience building an overseas branch from scratch (0-to-1) and building a team preferred. Extensive experience in overseas sales operations, channel building, project management, and customer relationship maintenance for industrial automation products. Excellent cross-cultural communication, strategic coordination/decision-making, and stress-resistance skills. Pay: $140,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year Experience: overseas subsidiary operations management: 5 years (Required) Language: Chinese (Required) Work Location: In person
