With background in the construction or tiles industry is preferred. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Has passion for sales. Aptitude for delivering attractive presentations. Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques. Strong reputation for integrity, values, and character. Willing to comply with pre-employment requirements. Can start ASAP. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Actively seek out new sales opportunities by meeting clients during sales visits or virtually, through cold calling, networking, and social media. Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their requests and concerns. Prepare and deliver presentations on products and services to ensure the achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual targets. Create reviews and reports with sales and financial data, reviewing sales performance and maintaining accurate records. Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations by properly coordinating with Marketing and Procurement for product forecasts. Negotiate, close deals, and handle customer complaints or objections.
