# Urgent Hiring - Makati Account Executive **Metro Tiles, Inc.** · Makati · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 2 дня назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Actively seek out new sales opportunities by meeting clients during sales visits or virtually, through cold calling, networking, and social media. - Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their requests and concerns. - Prepare and deliver presentations on products and services to ensure the achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual targets. - Create reviews and reports with sales and financial data, reviewing sales performance and maintaining accurate records. - Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations by properly coordinating with Marketing and Procurement for product forecasts. - Negotiate, close deals, and handle customer complaints or objections. - Gather feedback from customers to ensure timely delivery. - Can perform other task that may be assigned. QUALIFICATIONS: - Bachelor’s degree in any field with proven experience as an Account Executive or in a similar role. - With background in the construction industry is preferred. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Aptitude for delivering attractive presentations. - Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques. - Self-motivated and results-driven approach. - Strong reputation for integrity, values, and character.. - Can start ASAP.
