# Urgent Hiring - Civil Supervisor **Contratech WLL** · Manama · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 5 дней назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Job Description: - Supervise and coordinate the work of subcontractors and site personnel. - Ensure adherence to project plans, specifications, and safety regulations. - Monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions. - Manage materials and equipment on site. - Conduct regular site inspections and prepare progress reports. - Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily logs and quantity reports. - Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders. - Enforce safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field. - Proven experience as a Civil Site Supervisor, especially in building high-rise, villas, and infrastructure projects. - Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment. - Excellent understanding of safety regulations and best practices. - Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications. - Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant software. - Valid Bahrain Driving License. - Must have good command of English and Hindi. - Should be locally available. Job Type: Full-time Pay: BD300.000 - BD350.000 per month Experience: - Supervisor: 2 years (Required) Work Location: In person
