Fluffy Fluffy Café is a fast-growing Japanese-inspired café brand with 20 locations across the United States and expanding. We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Franchise Business Consultant to strengthen franchisee relationships, improve store performance, and support profitable growth across our U.S. network.

Key Responsibilities

• Build strong, trusted relationships with franchisees and serve as their primary HQ business partner.
• Review individual store P&Ls, identify opportunities to increase revenue, control costs, and improve profitability.
• Analyze key performance indicators, including sales, labor costs, food costs, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
• Develop actionable improvement plans with franchisees and follow up on results.
• Support franchisees in implementing new products, promotions, marketing initiatives, and operational best practices.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, food quality, customer service, and operating procedures.
• Conduct regular virtual meetings and occasional on-site visits to franchise locations across the U.S.
• Collaborate with HQ operations, marketing, and supply chain teams to resolve franchisee challenges.
• Provide regular performance updates and recommendations to the COO.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant franchise operations, franchise consulting, or multi-unit restaurant management.
• Strong understanding of restaurant P&Ls, financial performance, and cost management.
• Proven ability to improve restaurant sales, operations, and profitability.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple franchise relationships.
• Proficient in Excel, reporting, and restaurant performance analysis.
• Experience in fast-casual restaurants, cafés, or QSR preferred.
• Orlando-area candidates preferred.
• Willingness to travel domestically as needed.
