# UNIT head, CIVIL/ SANITARY UNIT **De La Salle University Dasmarinas** · Dasmariñas 4114 04A · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 4 дня назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Lead and oversee all civil, structural, and sanitary engineering activities of the unit Plan, execute, and monitor civil construction, repair, and maintenance works Manage water supply, drainage, sewage, and wastewater systems to ensure safe and compliant operation Review and approve civil and sanitary designs, drawings, specifications, and technical documents Ensure compliance with local building codes, environmental regulations, and safety standards Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, consultants, and government agencies Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource utilization Conduct site inspections to ensure quality, safety, and adherence to approved plans Implement preventive maintenance programs for civil structures and sanitary systems Lead, mentor, and develop engineers, supervisors, and technical staff Prepare reports, documentation, and audit-related requirements Drive continuous improvement initiatives in construction methods, materials, and cost efficiency Job Type: Full-time Pay: Php28,000.00 - Php36,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
