Key Responsibilities: 1. Team Leadership & Recruitment - Recruit, train, and mentor a team of Financial Advisors - Conduct regular coaching, huddles, and performance reviews - Build a strong, motivated, and ethical sales culture 2. Sales & Business Development - Achieve personal and team sales targets (APE, case count, active advisors) - Drive recruitment initiatives (like ARRP) to grow the business - Ensure advisors are equipped to provide proper financial planning to clients 3. Training & Development - Facilitate product knowledge, selling skills, and compliance training - Guide new advisors through their licensing, onboarding, and first 90 days - Help advisors qualify for company incentives, awards, and promotions 4.
