Combining research, a searchable database and tailored alerts, the platform provides intelligence on institutional investors, manager searches, asset allocations and consultant activity across global markets. About the role We are seeking a commercially driven UK/EMEA Sales Manager to grow sales of PensionMandate's investment data and intelligence services across the UK, Europe, the Middle East and Africa. You will build relationships with asset management firms, understand their business development needs and demonstrate how PensionMandate can support their prospecting and institutional sales. Employment and working arrangement Permanent, full-time. Hybrid, with 2 days remote per week. 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday. £56,200 annual base salary plus bonuses. Key responsibilities Identify and approach prospective clients, qualify opportunities and build a regional sales pipeline. Run discovery calls, product demonstrations and trials; prepare proposals and manage opportunities through to agreement. Develop client relationships, support renewals and identify opportunities to expand accounts. Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts and follow-up activity. Share client feedback and work with research and product colleagues to support a strong customer experience. What we are looking for 2–5 years of relevant B2B sales or business development experience, ideally in financial data, investment research, SaaS or related services. Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship-building skills. An interest in investment markets and the ability to explain the commercial value of data and research. A proactive, organised approach and confidence using CRM and digital sales tools.
