In this role, you will work on administrative tools, ERP systems, and multi-module provider platforms that involve intricate cross-platform workflows. Beyond intuitive interface design, you will leverage front-end coding capabilities (HTML5/CSS3) to translate client requirements into high-performing, user-centric solutions. Key Responsibilities Enterprise UX/UI Design: Plan, prototype, and implement user interfaces tailored specifically for complex, multi-module enterprise systems (e.g., ERPs, admin platforms, provider tools). Workflow Optimization: Analyze intricate cross-platform user journeys to test for intuitiveness, streamline complex workflows, and enhance overall operational usability. Prototyping & Development: Combine design creativity with front-end code using HTML5 and CSS3 to build interactive prototypes and test new product concepts before deployment. Stakeholder & Client Collaboration: Communicate directly with business stakeholders to convert business goals and technical specs into actionable, user-centered design strategies. User Research & Testing: Conduct ongoing user research and usability assessments, applying Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) principles to continuously refine interfaces. Mentorship & Quality Assurance: Provide guidance and assistance to junior design/development team members, conducting code reviews as necessary. Qualifications & Requirements Core Requirements: Experience: Minimum 3 years of hands-on UI/UX design and development experience, with a heavy emphasis on internal/enterprise business tools and admin systems rather than consumer-facing sites. Domain Focus: Proven track record designing for multi-module enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, admin panels, or internal provider platforms) with complex interactions. Portfolio: A portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design processes for enterprise workflows, admin systems, or data-dense web platforms. Front-End Coding: Minimum 5 years of practical experience working with HTML5 and CSS3 . Design & Prototyping Suite: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat, Dreamweaver) or equivalent modern UI design software. Human-Computer Interaction: Strong understanding of usability factors, ergonomics, and accessibility in HCI. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Design, or a related field. Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex design choices clearly. Detail-oriented, critical thinker, and customer-centered problem solver.
