# UI/UX Designer **Visible One Sdn Bhd** · Cheras · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: вчера* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Key Responsibilities:User Experience (UX) - Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to understand user behaviors and pain points. - Create user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to visualize design solutions. - Collaborate with the product and development teams to define user journeys and product features. - Apply UX best practices to enhance usability, accessibility, and engagement. User Interface (UI) - Design visually appealing, brand-consistent interfaces for web and mobile applications. - Create high-fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes, and design assets using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch. - Maintain and contribute to the company’s design system and UI guidelines. - Ensure responsive and adaptive design for different screen sizes and devices. Collaboration & Execution - Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs. - Participate in design reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback. - Support senior designers and team leads in conceptualizing new features or product enhancements. - Stay updated with design trends, emerging technologies, and UX/UI standards. Requirements: - Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Design, Multimedia, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field. - 2–3 years of experience in UI/UX design or a similar role. - Strong portfolio showcasing UX processes and UI design projects. - Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch). - Understanding of UX research methods, usability testing, and design systems. - Basic knowledge of front-end development (HTML/CSS) is a plus. - Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills. - Good communication and collaboration abilities.
