The candidate will work closely with our Business and Development teams to understand requirements and convert them into effective user interfaces and experiences. Key Responsibilities Understand business requirements and user workflows. Create user flows, wireframes, mock-ups and prototypes. Design responsive UI for Web and Mobile applications. Design forms, dashboards, tables, reports and workflow screens. Simplify complex processes and improve overall usability. Create and maintain reusable UI components and design standards. Work closely with developers during application development. Review developed screens for UI/UX consistency. Use AI tools for design ideas, prototyping and faster development. Improve designs based on user and team feedback. Skills Required 2–4 years of UI/UX design experience. Good hands-on experience with Figma. Experience in Web and Mobile application design. Good understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design. Ability to create wireframes and interactive prototypes. Understanding of Design Systems and reusable components. Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into simple designs. Comfortable working with AI-assisted development tools. Good communication and teamwork skills. Preferred Experience designing business or SaaS applications. Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and frontend development. Experience with dashboards and data-driven applications.
