Job Summary We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to design intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing digital experiences. The ideal candidate should understand user needs, translate business requirements into effective design solutions, and collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders. Key Responsibilities - Design intuitive user interfaces and seamless user experiences for web and mobile applications. - Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to understand user requirements. - Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, mockups, and high-fidelity designs. - Develop and maintain design systems, UI components, and style guides. - Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and developers to translate requirements into design solutions. - Ensure consistency in layouts, typography, colors, icons, and overall visual design. - Gather feedback from stakeholders and incorporate improvements into designs. - Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on user feedback. - Ensure responsive design across different devices and screen sizes. - Stay updated with emerging UI/UX trends, design tools, and industry best practices. Required Skills and Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. - 2–4 years of experience in UI/UX design. - Proficiency in Figma and other relevant design tools. - Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility. - Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, user journeys, and interactive designs. - Good understanding of responsive web design and mobile application design. - Knowledge of typography, color theory, visual hierarchy, and layout principles. - Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into practical design solutions. - Strong communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and time-management skills. - A portfolio showcasing relevant UI/UX design projects is mandatory. Good to Have - Experience working on SaaS platforms, dashboards, enterprise applications, or AI-powered products. - Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and frontend development concepts. - Familiarity with design systems and component libraries. - Experience working in an Agile development environment.
