Responsibilities End-to-End Design: Lead the design process from initial concept development and UI design to final production assets. Interface Creation: Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces for mobile applications (iOS & Android) and web platforms. Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate complex, abstract concepts into simple, elegant designs while communicating directly with clients and key stakeholders to understand their product needs. Prototyping & Validation: Build rapid prototypes to demonstrate concepts and validate designs with stakeholders. Cross-Functional Teamwork: Collaborate closely with frontend and backend developers to ensure design feasibility and seamless implementation. Project & Time Management: Manage multiple project streams simultaneously while delivering high-quality work within tight deadlines. Requirements: Education: Higher Diploma or above in Interaction Design, Web Design, Multimedia, Design Strategies/Services, or a related discipline. Experience: 1–2 years of solid hands-on experience in UX/UI design or product design. Core Software Skills: Proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator). Communication & Presentation: Proven ability to present design concepts clearly and lead conversations with clients and stakeholders. Technical Mindset: Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and native iOS/Android interface design guidelines is a strong plus. Personal Attributes: Highly responsible, detail-minded, adaptable, and capable of thriving under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
