UCC Presales & Solutions Consultant

ABOUT THE ROLE:

DMATICS is looking for an experienced Presales & Solutions Consultant to own our Unified Command Center (UCC) opportunities – from the first discovery call to the final proposal. You will design NOC and SOC managed-service solutions, size SLA tiers and lead the full bid and proposal process.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

■ Run customer discovery workshops to understand IT environment, security posture, tools, pain points and compliance needs.

■ Design 24x7 NOC, SOC and unified Command Center solutions, including monitoring scope, SIEM / XDR use-cases, escalation paths and reporting.

■ Recommend the right operating model (shared, dedicated or hybrid) and SLA tier, and build effort and resource models with the delivery team.

■ Deliver technical presentations, demos and proof-of-value sessions to CXOs, IT heads and security teams.

■ Own the bid process: bid / no-bid assessment, RFP and tender analysis, compliance matrices, clarifications and on-time submissions.

■ Write technical and commercial proposals, SOWs, SLA schedules and pricing inputs with sales and finance.

■ Build and maintain a reusable proposal content library, including AI-assisted content.

■ Hand over won deals to the delivery team with a clear scope and SLA pack.

REQUIREMENTS:

■ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or a related field.

■ 6+ years in presales or solution consulting, including 3+ years on managed services, NOC, SOC or MSSP solutions.

■ Strong understanding of network monitoring, SIEM / SOAR / XDR, endpoint and cloud security, and ITSM platforms.

■ Proven experience leading RFP / tender responses end to end, including compliance matrices and pricing inputs.

■ Ability to translate technical scope into SLAs, effort models and commercial proposals.

■ Excellent English writing and presentation skills, confident at CXO level; UAE market experience preferred.

■ Preferred certifications: ITIL v4, CompTIA Security+ / CySA+, SIEM / XDR vendor certification, APMP, Microsoft Azure / Security.
