Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive UAT strategy, governance and execution across multiple programs.
• Lead UAT for digital banking, payments, cards, lending, corporate banking and technology transformation initiatives.
• Own UAT planning, business readiness, execution, defect governance, risk management and sign-off.
• Engage senior stakeholders across Business, Product, Technology, QA, Operations and Vendors.
• Drive automation, AI-enabled testing, reusable test assets and continuous improvement.
• Provide executive-level visibility on quality, risks, dependencies and release readiness.

Experience

• Years in Banking Technology, Testing, UAT or Program Delivery.
• Strong Retail/Corporate Banking domain and technology transformation experience.
• Proven experience leading large, complex UAT engagements.
• Strong strategic thinking, stakeholder management and delivery leadership
