【UAE】Payment Product Solution Architect (MJ000071)

Key Responsibilities

• Work with customers and commercial teams to understand payment requirements, fund flows and implementation needs.
• Translate customer requirements into practical payment solutions using LianLian’s products, channels and capabilities.
• Coordinate with Product, Operations, Compliance and other internal teams to confirm feasibility, requirements, timelines and dependencies.
• Support solution design and drive customer implementation through to go-live.
• Identify product or capability gaps and coordinate internal follow-up to support customer delivery.
• Maintain clear documentation of customer flows, solution requirements, key decisions and implementation status.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in payments, fintech, product, implementation, business analysis or solution-related roles.
• Good understanding of payment flows, cross-border payments and customer onboarding processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure complex customer requirements.
• Strong coordination and project management skills, with the ability to drive progress across multiple internal teams.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both commercial and technical stakeholders.

Preferred

• Experience supporting payment products, APIs, collections, payouts, FX or virtual card solutions.
• Experience working in a cross-functional or international environment.
