The role involves developing new customers, managing existing accounts, conducting market visits, and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities Generate new business from fleet owners, transporters, dealers, distributors, and commercial vehicle customers . Promote and sell tyres and related automotive solutions to B2B customers. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Conduct regular field visits to identify new business opportunities. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable tyre products. Follow up on leads, enquiries, orders, and payments. Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and pricing. Maintain regular sales reports and update management on market developments. Requirements Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Sales/Marketing is an advantage . 1–3 years of experience in tyre, automotive, B2B, dealership, or field sales preferred. Experience with commercial vehicle / truck / bus tyre sales will be an added advantage. Strong local market knowledge and customer-handling skills. Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Target-oriented with a strong focus on business development. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory. Valid two-wheeler driving licence preferred. Pay: ₹27,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Benefits: Paid sick time Paid time off Work Location: In person
