Trucking Operations Supervisor
Oversee daily dispatch operations, ensuring timely and efficient deployment of vehicles and personnel Develop and implement operational strategies to improve logistics efficiency and cost-effectiveness Coordinate closely with drivers, helpers and clients to ensure smooth delivery schedules Monitor real-time fleet movement and respond proactively to delays, breakdowns, or route changes Ensure compliance with transport regulations, safety standards, and company policies Handle escalations related to delivery delays, client complaints, or operational disruptions Analyze data from dispatch systems and reports to optimize routing and fleet utilization Collaborate with maintenance and admin teams to ensure vehicle readiness and documentation Prepare and present regular reports on operational performance, cost control, and efficiency metrics Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance dispatch accuracy and customer satisfaction Train and mentor team members to build operational capabilities and ensure alignment with company goals Work Location: In person
