Truck Driver Recruiter

Job Summary: We’re looking for a dynamic Recruiter who understands the unique challenges of the trucking industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding qualified CDL drivers and operational staff to support our continued growth. This role requires strong communication skills, industry insight, and the ability to build strong relationships with potential candidates. Key Responsibilities: Source and attract candidates through job boards, cold calling and referrals Screen applicants and conduct preliminary interviews Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and manage the candidate pipeline Maintain compliance with DOT and FMCSA regulations during the hiring process Ensure timely onboarding and training of new drivers and staff Maintain accurate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS) Qualifications: 1+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in the trucking or logistics industry Familiarity with CDL classifications, DOT regulations, and driver qualification standards Strong sourcing and interviewing skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and meet hiring goals Proficient in using ATS systems and Microsoft Office Suite High school diploma or equivalent Why Join Us?
