Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Truck Driver Recruiter to join our team and drive our talent acquisition efforts to new heights. Responsibilities Develop and execute innovative recruiting strategies to attract qualified truck drivers through various channels including social media marketing, job boards, and industry events. Manage full cycle recruiting processes from candidate sourcing and screening to interviewing, negotiating offers, and onboarding new drivers. Utilize talent management software and applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Tenstreet. Conduct high-volume recruitment campaigns while ensuring compliance with employment law and HR legal standards across all hiring activities. Build and nurture relationships with external recruiting agencies, driving continuous talent pipeline development for current and future staffing needs. Coordinate with internal teams on employee orientation, training & development programs, and succession planning initiatives to support driver retention. Skills Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close offers confidently while maintaining positive candidate relationships. Expertise in social media marketing (recruitment), candidate sourcing techniques, Excellent communication skills for conducting interviews, cold calling potential candidates, and engaging with diverse stakeholders at all levels. Strong relationship management skills to foster ongoing engagement with candidates.
