In this role, you will collaborate closely with clients to gather business requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and support the end-to-end implementation and optimization of Temenos TAP (Triple A Plus) solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of wealth management processes, strong consulting capabilities, and hands-on experience implementing and configuring Triple A Plus systems. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with client stakeholders to gather, understand, and document business and functional requirements. Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful implementation. Support the full lifecycle of Temenos TAP implementations , including analysis, design, configuration, testing, go-live, and post-production support. Conduct tailored product demonstrations highlighting key TAP functionalities and business benefits. Analyze and optimize wealth management workflows and advisory processes leveraging TAP capabilities. Configure system components (parameters, classifications, strategies, workflows) to meet specific client needs. Provide training, guidance, and best practice recommendations to client users and internal teams. Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues, coordinating with technical and development teams for timely resolution. Prepare comprehensive documentation including business requirements, functional designs, configuration details, and user guides. Ensure adherence to data protection, compliance, and security standards throughout implementation. Skills and Experience Required: Functional Expertise: 10+ years of experience in Wealth Management system implementations , with 8+ years specializing in Temenos Triple A Plus (TAP) solutions. Strong understanding of Temenos Triple A Data Model and system architecture , including integration and customization aspects. Practical experience implementing one or more Temenos WealthSuite Front Office (WSFO) components, including: TAP Core WUI (Web User Interface) Channel Integration OData Services Order Management processes Proven expertise in business process analysis , gap analysis , functional design , and requirement documentation . In-depth knowledge of wealth management operations , including client onboarding, portfolio management, KYC/compliance, and advisory services. Hands-on experience in TAP configuration — such as User Defined Fields (UDFs) , screen design , parameter setups , and workflow customization .
