The role ensures accurate posting, exception handling, and updates to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), while coordinating with FMAS and partner banks. The position also manages home office personnel, supports client interactions, oversees team performance and development, ensures policy compliance, and handles petty cash disbursements in dollar currency with proper documentation and audit support. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is preferred. Preferably a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). - not required Minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience in treasury operations, payment validation, fund monitoring, and financial reporting. Preferably with supervisory experience. Good business communication skills. Good interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented. Proficient in MS Office, particularly MS Excel. Knowledge or experience in Life Insurance Operations. Knowledge of Project Management. Knowledge of Statistical and Financial Analysis Tools and Modeling.
