Treasury Supervisor
Job Description Oversee cash flow and treasury operations. Monitor outstanding checks. Validate payments and related transactions. Prepare fund transfer requests. Generate collection reports. Ensure accurate posting of treasury-related transactions. Handle exceptions and related concerns. Update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as needed. Coordinate with FMAS and partner banks. Manage home office personnel. Support client interactions. Oversee team performance and development. Ensure compliance with company policies. Handle petty cash disbursements in dollar currency with proper documentation and audit support. Qualifications Bachelor Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is preferred. Preferably a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience in treasury operations, payment validation, fund monitoring, and financial reporting. Preferably with supervisory experience. Good business communication skills. Good interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented. Proficient in MS Office, particularly MS Excel. Knowledge or experience in Life Insurance Operations. Knowledge of Project Management. Knowledge of Statistical and Financial Analysis Tools and Modeling.
