We are seeking an experienced treasury professional to lead Treasury's contribution to the implementation programme, while also providing support across core treasury operations. The successful candidate will act as Treasury's subject matter expert for the Cash Management workstream, working closely with project, technology and finance teams to define business requirements, support solution design and drive delivery. Alongside project responsibilities, the role will provide additional operational capacity within Treasury, supporting key processes and control activities, maintaining appropriate segregation of duties and helping to embed best practice across the function. This is an excellent opportunity for a treasury professional who enjoys combining operational treasury responsibilities with strategic transformation and change initiatives. Key Responsibilities Treasury Management System Implementation - Act as Treasury's subject matter expert for the FIS Integrity implementation. - Lead Treasury requirements gathering, process mapping and solution design activities. - Support the design and implementation of future-state cash management, liquidity and forecasting processes. - Ensure Treasury requirements are translated into practical system solutions. - Support testing, data validation, issue resolution and go-live activities. - Design and embed appropriate treasury controls, governance and approval workflows. - Work closely with project managers, technology teams and external implementation partners to deliver programme milestones. - Drive process improvements, automation and standardisation across Treasury activities. - Support the development of operating procedures, training materials and business readiness activities. Treasury Operations Support - Provide operational support across key treasury processes to strengthen resilience and maintain effective segregation of duties and internal controls. - Act as an independent reviewer or approver within treasury workflows where additional control oversight is required. - Support the execution and review of treasury activities, ensuring appropriate governance and operational risk management standards are maintained. This may include, amongst others, Beazley’s underwriting control standards, Beazley’s claims control standards, other Beazley standards and customer relationship management. - Carry out additional responsibilities as individually notified, either through your objectives or through the learning management system. These may include membership of any Beazley committees or working groups. Skills & Experience Essential Criteria - Strong corporate treasury experience, including cash management, liquidity management and cash forecasting. - Experience supporting Treasury Management System implementations or treasury transformation programmes. - Strong understanding of treasury controls, governance and operational best practice. - Experience gathering business requirements and translating operational needs into system solutions. - Excellent communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills. - Experience working within a structured project delivery environment. Desirable - Experience of FIS Integrity or similar Treasury Management Systems. - Experience within insurance or financial services. - ACT qualification. - Experience of treasury transformation, process redesign or business change initiatives.
