Right Now.™ Job Summary The Treasury & Risk Manager is responsible for overseeing and executing a broad range of treasury, risk, and financial operations functions. This role serves as a key control point across cash management, debt administration, payment processing, merchant services, bank account oversight, insurance and risk management, and T&E program management. The Treasury & Risk Manager directly manages the Senior Treasury Analyst and collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure operational accuracy, policy compliance, and continuous improvement across all areas of responsibility. Job Duties & Responsibilities Serve as backup and oversight on all daily cash management activities including cash positioning, short-term borrowing, funding transfers, positive pay decisioning, and internal customer requests; act as reviewer and approver on all related transactions. Provide backup and oversight on electronic payment releases. Own and maintain the 13-week cash forecast. Lead all debt management activities including ensuring timely rollover and continuation notifications, maintaining the debt roll forward, and monitoring covenant reporting. Oversee T&E cardholder administration. Provide backup and oversight across all merchant services functions including end user support, transaction research, disputes management, and monthly statement and downgrade reviews. Oversee bank account administration. Own all risk management responsibilities including issuing certificates of insurance, ensuring non-WC and non-BAU claims are properly submitted, and managing annual audits; support the annual insurance renewal process. Oversee expense report management, Concur administration, and delivery of T&E reporting packages. Manage and develop the Senior Treasury & Risk Analyst, providing coaching, direction and performance feedback to support individual growth and team effectiveness. Lead Treasury & Risk projects and cleanup initiatives, delegating work to the Senior Treasury Analyst as appropriate. Perform additional duties as assigned, adapting to evolving organizational needs and responsibilities.
