Inc.** · Taguig · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 8 дней назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Manage FX dealing and treasury operations to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets. - Set FX rates, execute trades, and coordinate with clients, banks, associates, and corridor treasury teams. - Monitor FX positions, fund requirements, liquidity, and local payout partner balances to minimize financial risks and ensure fund availability. - Reconcile daily bank trading accounts and ensure timely credit of traded funds. - Maintain strong banking relationships and support cash management and liquidity planning. - Ensure compliance with company policies, BSP regulations, KYC requirements, and internal controls. - Assist the Country Head in budget preparation and business planning. - Supervise and evaluate treasury team performance and ensure compliance with procedures. - Conduct regular reviews with Operations and Accounts and submit timely management reports. - Address treasury audit findings and resolve issues raised by country heads and business partners promptly. - Optimize operational and staff costs. QUALIFICATIONS - With 5 - 7 years of work related experience - Graduate of Accountancy, Finance, Business or other related courses - With good communication skills, decision making, and numeral skills - Amenable to work onsite in BGC Taguig - Can start immediately Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month Benefits: - Health insurance - Life insurance Work Location: In person
