Treasury Analyst (Remote - Indonesia) Finix Payments Inc

About the role Finix Payments Inc is seeking a detail-oriented Treasury Analyst to join our Finance team. In this role, you will play a key part in the monthly financial close process by ensuring all our cash accounts are reconciled. This means posting all relevant deposits, payments and journal entries for each of our accounts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and record accurate and timely journal entries during the monthly, quarterly, and annual close.
• Perform monthly account reconciliations, variance analyses, and root-cause analyses on key cash accounts.
• Own a set of cash accounts end-to-end while identifying and implementing workflow improvements.
• Prepare and upload bulk journal entries using upload templates (.csv).
• Collaborate cross-functionally across the business to support financial accuracy and audit readiness.

Requirements (all required)

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (or a related field).
• Strong Microsoft Excel proficiency (e.g. SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, advanced filters).
• English speaking and writing proficiency — you will collaborate daily via Slack and Zoom with a US-based team.
• Proven track record in closing multiple cash accounts, journal entry preparation, and variance investigation.
• NetSuite experience strongly preferred.

Work arrangement

• Fully remote. You MUST be based in Indonesia (Jakarta preferred) — this is a hard requirement.
• Night shift, fixed hours year-round (Jakarta time). Choose one of:
• 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM WIB, or
• 7:00 PM - 5:00 AM WIB
• 3-month initial contract, with an evaluation at the end to continue long term.
• Salary: Rp 10.000.000 - Rp 15.000.000 per month, based on experience.
• A Mac computer will be issued for all work.
• Background check required.
• 3 month Trial Period before extending
