Treasury Accountant
Job Type: Full-Time Work Location: Silang, Cavite Key Responsibilities Cash Flow & Treasury Management Monitor daily cash positions, bank balances, liquidity, and fund availability. Prepare cash flow forecasts and funding requirements. Manage fund transfers and ensure sufficient cash for daily operations. Monitor cash utilization and treasury activities. Banking & Disbursement Management Process and monitor payments, fund transfers, and banking transactions. Maintain and monitor Post-Dated Check (PDC) schedules. Coordinate with banks regarding transactions, account requirements, and concerns. Handle local and international fund transfers as required. Reconciliation & Financial Reporting Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations. Investigate and resolve cash and bank discrepancies. Prepare cash position, treasury, and payment monitoring reports. Support month-end and year-end closing activities. Compliance & Internal Controls Ensure timely settlement of statutory obligations, including SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and taxes. Monitor bank charges, interest, and loan-related transactions. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with treasury policies and controls. Safeguard banking access, payment approvals, and confidential financial information. Audit Support Provide treasury records, documents, and reports for internal and external audits. Maintain complete, accurate, and organized financial records. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field . 3–5 years of experience in treasury, accounting, or finance operations. Strong knowledge of cash management, banking transactions, bank reconciliation, and financial reporting . Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems . Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail. High level of integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality . Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines. Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
