Job Summary We are seeking an energetic Traveling Project Manager to lead and coordinate large data center infrastructure projects across multiple sites. This role offers the opportunity to hold full ownership and accountability for all aspects of project delivery — including budget, schedule, safety, quality, client relationships, and team performance. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with extensive construction management experience and a passion for delivering exceptional results on diverse projects. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field Demonstrated success managing construction projects of significant scope and complexity from preconstruction through closeout Advanced knowledge of contracts, subcontract administration, scheduling, cost management, and change- order processes Strong client relationship management, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills Proficiency in Procore, P6 or MS Project, and financial management tools OSHA 30 required Key Responsibilities Your core areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to: Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of complex data center and mission-critical construction projects from preconstruction through commissioning, closeout, and turnover. Lead and manage overall project performance, including schedule, budget, forecasting, scope, quality, safety, and client expectations, ensuring projects are delivered successfully and in alignment with Company standards. Provide leadership and oversight of MEP, process piping, utilities, electrical, and other mission-critical scopes, coordinating sequencing and integration across multiple trades and disciplines. Serve as a primary point of contact between owners, general contractors, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, superintendents, and field teams, proactively resolving issues that could impact project delivery. Manage project controls and documentation, including RFIs, submittals, change management, procurement coordination, project schedules, reporting, inspections, and closeout documentation. Partner closely with field leadership to drive safe, efficient execution, including manpower planning, site logistics, constructability, sequencing, and coordination of work in greenfield, brownfield, and active/live data center environments. Identify and mitigate project risks, schedule conflicts, cost impacts, and constructability challenges before they affect key milestones. Oversee QA/QC, testing, commissioning, inspections, punch-list completion, and turnover activities, ensuring work meets contractual and client requirements. Build and maintain strong client relationships while representing the Company professionally on-site and supporting opportunities for continued or additional project work. Travel extensively to support assigned projects and provide leadership wherever business and project needs require.
