The role focuses on achieving sales and conversion targets, improving team performance, handling escalated concerns, and ensuring excellent customer service. Conversion is a coaching problem before it is a sales problem. In this role, you lead a team of travel consultants on an Australian account — listening to calls, closing the gaps, handling what escalates, and moving the numbers through the people. This role suits a travel sales leader with real GDS depth who knows the difference between managing a team and developing one. Qualifications To do well as Travel Sales Team Leader , the person we are looking for should have the following preferred qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Tourism or a related field. Excellent communication skills, with understanding of ways of working of the Australian market. At least 3 years of travel sales experience , preferably in an OTA, travel agency, consolidator, airline desk, or travel BPO. At least 2 years of experience managing a team of 5 or more travel consultants with sales or conversion targets. Experience with Amadeus, Sabre, or another GDS is required. Knowledge of flights, hotels, cruises, travel insurance, and other travel products. CRM, call recording, and quality assurance experience is preferred. IATA certification is an advantage. BSP/ADM knowledge is an advantage. Strong sales leadership, coaching, communication, and problem-solving skills. Willing to work onsite, based on the schedule of the Australia-based account. The ideal candidate should be an experienced travel sales professional who can effectively lead and develop a team, drive sales and conversion performance, address customer and operational concerns, and maintain strong service standards within a travel BPO environment. Pay: Php50,000.00 - Php55,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
