Travel & Logistics Manager
Job Description: Travel and Logistics Manager, La Paz, Bolivia CRDF Global is seeking an experienced Travel & Logistics Manager to lead travel, event, and logistics operations for an international U.S. Government-funded program in Bolivia. This role will manage a local team, oversee vendors and travel service providers, ensure compliance with program requirements, and serve as CRDF Global's primary representative in Bolivia. Location: La Paz, Bolivia. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop the Bolivia Travel & Logistics team. Manage complex travel, event, and logistics operations. Oversee vendor relationships, procurement, and service delivery. Ensure compliance with client requirements, U.S. Government regulations, and CRDF Global policies. Coordinate closely with the client, partners, and internal stakeholders. Monitor staff workload, performance, and professional development. Represent CRDF Global in Bolivia and support organizational compliance with local regulations. Identify process improvements and cost-saving opportunities. Required Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience in travel, logistics, event management, or operations in an international environment. Minimum 5 years of people management experience. Demonstrated experience managing medium- to large-scale events and travel operations. Experience with travel vendors, procurement, booking systems, and logistics coordination. Fluency in English and Spanish. Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both in writing and verbally. Excellent organizational, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills. Experience working with international organizations, development programs, NGOs, or multinational companies preferred. Familiarity with U.S. Government-funded programs is a plus. Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
