Key Responsibilities Handle flight bookings, ticket issuance, rebooking, and cancellations. Process UAE Visit visa applications. Handle customer inquiries through WhatsApp, phone calls, CRM, and social media. Respond to customer inquiries and follow up on leads. Explain package details, visa requirements, flights, hotels, and transportation. Maintain accurate booking records and documentation. Achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings Requirements Minimum 2–3 years of UAE travel industry experience . Strong sales, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
