The candidate will assist in planning travel itineraries, handling customer inquiries, booking travel services, and supporting daily operations of the travel department. Key Responsibilities Assist customers with travel inquiries and holiday packages Coordinate bookings for hotels, transportation, and tours Provide information on destinations ,travel insurance, and documentation Handle customer calls, emails, and walk-in queries Maintain booking records and customer details Support senior staff in tour operations and customer service Ensure customer satisfaction before, during, and after travel Eligibility / Requirements Freshers with a degree or diploma in Travel & Tourism / Hospitality / Management / Any Graduate Basic knowledge of travel destinations and tourism services Good communication and interpersonal skills Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, internet) Positive attitude and customer-service mindset Skills Required Communication & customer handling Planning and coordination Problem-solving Time management Teamwork Kannada and English speaking is must (Hindi Optional ) Pay: Up to ₹23,000.00 per month Benefits: Flexible schedule Health insurance Leave encashment Provident Fund Work Location: In person
