Suggest suitable domestic and international holiday destinations. Prepare customized holiday itineraries and travel packages. Handle customer enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels. Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings. Coordinate hotel, flights, transfers, sightseeing, visas, and other travel services. Negotiate with suppliers and obtain competitive rates. Provide accurate quotations and explain inclusions/exclusions to customers. Maintain regular follow-up with customers until the booking is confirmed. Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets. Maintain customer records and update lead status regularly. Build long-term relationships with customers and generate repeat/referral business. Stay updated about destinations, hotels, travel trends, and new holiday products. Candidate Requirements Experience: 1–4 years in travel sales, holiday packages, tour operations, or a similar role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good knowledge of holiday destinations, especially international destinations . Sales-oriented with excellent follow-up and negotiation skills. Ability to create attractive and practical travel itineraries. Comfortable using WhatsApp, email, MS Office/Google Workspace, and travel-related systems. Good English communication is preferred. Candidates with experience in selling international holiday packages will be given preference.
