We are seeking a customer-focused and sales-oriented professional with prior UAE travel industry experience and hands-on knowledge of ticketing, holiday packages, and UAE visa services. Key Responsibilities Handle air ticketing, reservations, and flight bookings for domestic and international destinations. Prepare and sell holiday packages based on customer requirements and budgets. Handle UAE visa services , including providing information and assisting customers with the visa process. Respond to customer enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable travel options. Follow up with enquiries and convert leads into confirmed bookings. Provide accurate information regarding fares, itineraries, visa requirements, and travel services. Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure excellent customer service. Meet assigned sales targets and contribute to branch revenue. Coordinate with airlines, suppliers, and other travel service providers when required. Requirements Previous UAE travel industry experience is mandatory. Hands-on experience in: Air Ticketing Holiday Packages UAE Visa Services Good knowledge of airline fares, booking procedures, travel destinations, and visa requirements. Malayalam and English proficiency are mandatory. Hindi proficiency will be an advantage. Excellent communication and customer-handling skills. Strong sales and negotiation skills. Target-oriented and proactive approach. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Salary & Benefits AED 2,500 – AED 3,000 + Incentives Salary will be offered based on the candidate's experience, skills and overall suitability for the role.
