Key job responsibilities Execute freight payment processing, invoice validation, and data entry for OTR transportation operations, ensuring billing accuracy and timely payments while supporting the team with routine cost control activities. A day in the life You will work on regular weekly and monthly schedules to compile service utilization data for a set of carriers in transportation, execute validations and release payments to these service providers. Execute regular cost analysis for problem solving and to generate insights that support business decisions. Generate regular and Ad-hoc reports, studies and account reconciliations. Participate in department, cross-functional and third-party business meetings. Interacts directly with Operations, Finance, Procurement and Carrier Payment representatives.
