Strategy& is the global strategy consulting team of PwC. At Strategy&, we work closely with the world’s leading companies and institutions to help them adapt and thrive in a changing world. Our Strategy& team provides a range of strategy, transaction and transformation services, starting from developing new business strategies to deal value creation planning and redesigning operating models and delivering change programs. We serve large and mid-sized clients seeking to transform themselves, either organically or through ambitious transactions (sell-side, buy-side or capital markets). Our team consists of 40 strategy professionals located in Helsinki, with international network of 4 500 colleagues.

The work you will do

• Work as a senior consultant and project team member on transformative projects that will deliver tangible business results for our clients
• Carry out strategic, financial, and operational analysis to provide clients with insights on their business problems
• Support decision-making by preparing decision materials, conducting interviews and facilitating workshops
• Advice clients on alternative courses of actions in complex deals and transformations, together with experienced senior team

Example engagements you might work on include corporate strategy development, commercial due diligence for a private equity firm, planning a large-scale corporate transformation, and developing new business opportunities in the green transition.

We also collaborate regularly with our Nordic and global colleagues as well as the broader PwC network. What are we looking for?

We’re looking for exceptional talent from consulting or industry to join us. Ideal candidate would typically:

• Have 3+ years’ consulting experience at another management consultancy, at M&A transaction advisory firm, or a strategy/development role in a corporate
• Passion and skills for analytical problem-solving
• Strong team player mentality and proactiveness to drive solutions across client engagements and internal development
• Strong technical skills, i.e., PowerPoint/Excel and AI tools
• Demonstrate high self-motivation and commitment
• Excellent presentation & interaction skills (e.g. comfort with leading client discussions)
• Fluency in professional English is essential with strong Finnish/Swedish skills being an advantage
