# Transfer Clerk (Egyptian nationality only) **Redha Al Ansari Exchange** · Dubai · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 9 дней назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role - Handle customer service and front-office operations, including remittance, cash, WPS, and other company products . - Manage the branch lobby and assist customers with their transactions and inquiries. - Attend to customer complaints and report the nature of complaints to the Manager/Supervisor. - Prepare and submit daily reports to the Manager/Supervisor. - Maintain and file routine documents, including daily vouchers, letters, and other records. - Stay updated on Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Counter-Terrorist Financing (CFT), and Know Your Customer (KYC) policies. - Report any suspicious customer transactions or activities to the BCO/MLRO . - Support retail marketing activities as directed by management. - Collect and handle cash against remittance transactions. - Be available to open and close the branch as required. - Hand over excess cash to the main exchanger and ensure the cash balance is zero before leaving the branch at the end of the shift. - Immediately report any cash discrepancies or suspected counterfeit notes to the Supervisor. - Perform other duties related to branch operations as assigned by the Supervisor/Manager. Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month Work Location: In person
