Practicalities Work mode: Hybrid, based in Helsinki Employment type: Full time and permanent About the role We're hiring a full-time Transaction Associate/Manager (Debt Financing) to join our finance team in Helsinki, reporting directly to the Group’s Director of Debt Financing. The debt team consists of former investment bankers and private capital investors from London and New York. This is a high-impact role supporting a rapidly scaling capital raising program. You'll work closely with senior finance leadership on investor discussions, term sheet negotiations, and diligence processes across multi-billion dollar debt programs. Your responsibilities Build and maintain financial models to evaluate financing structures, pricing, and covenant terms of the contemplated financings Prepare both internal and investor facing materials and analyses, including information memoranda and other diligence packs Contribute to guiding advisors in their respective workstreams Support the execution of debt financing transactions, including structuring, negotiation, and closing Participate in investor discussions and support term sheet negotiations Drive M&A-style due diligence processes tied to financing transactions on a day-to-day basis Track and benchmark market terms across comparable debt transactions Partner with Legal, Treasury, and FP&A to align financing structures with business needs Your key competencies 2-4+ years of experience in investment banking, private capital investments, management consulting, finance roles in scale-ups, or equivalent. International experience and exposure to GPU financings are considered as strong advantages. Strong financial modeling skills and comfort working with complex capital structures Experience with (or aptitude for) debt instruments and structures Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Fluency in English is a must At least a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Business, or a related field Comfortable operating with a high degree of autonomy and ownership from day one Strong commercial judgment and the ability to translate complex information for senior stakeholders Genuine interest to scale up a leading European AI Infrastructure player rapidly What's next We're building fast and this role needs the right person behind it.
