Practicalities Work mode: Hybrid, based in Helsinki Level: Internship Employment type: Fixed-term internship, approximately 4 months About the role We're offering full-time Transaction Analyst Intern roles on our finance team over 2026-2027, working directly alongside senior leadership on live debt financing transactions. The debt team consists of former investment bankers and private capital investors from London and New York. This is a fixed-term engagement (3-4 months) in Helsinki, offering exposure to the full lifecycle of a debt raise from early sourcing to negotiations, due diligence process, and ultimately through closing. Ideally, the first candidates can start as soon as possible over the course of the Fall 2026. Your responsibilities Support financial modeling and related analyses for debt financing transactions Assist with preparation of investor materials Contribute to due diligence processes and assist in guiding the work of the advisors Get hands-on exposure to term sheet negotiation and deal execution Work closely with senior finance leadership on a real, active capital raising program Your key competencies Prior experience from investment banking, private equity, management consulting, or similar; previous experience from financial modeling is considered an advantage 3+ years of academic studies in Finance, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Business, or a related field Strong analytical mindset combined with fluent communication skills in English High attention to detail and mature judgement Genuine interest in AI infrastructure, capital markets, and corporate finance Entrepreneurial and proactive learner in a fast-moving environment, who is excited to scale up a leading European AI infrastructure player How to Apply If this sounds like an ideal opportunity for you, apply by 9 October 2026.
