Who are we looking for: We're looking for a Training Specialist who is passionate about learning, process improvement, and operational excellence. This role is responsible for designing, documenting, and continuously improving SOPs and operational processes, and for developing the training programs that support them, to ensure consistent execution across stores and support business growth. What You'll Be Doing: - Create and standardize SOPs, work instructions, and process documentation. - Evaluate and enhance business processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and compliance. - Map current workflows, identify gaps and bottlenecks, and recommend process improvements. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement and training opportunities. - Develop and update training modules, manuals, and learning materials for store operations. - Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and design onboarding, refresher, and developmental programs. - Monitor process compliance and training effectiveness through assessments, store visits, audits, and performance metrics. - Support the rollout of new products, systems, and operational initiatives while ensuring SOPs and training materials remain accurate and up to date. What We're Looking For: - Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Education, or any related field. - At least 1–3 years of experience in Process Improvement, Operations, Learning & Development, Training, or Psychology - Experience in the retail, food service, QSR, FMCG, or manufacturing industry is an advantage. - Experience administering or using a Learning Management System (LMS) for training rollout, tracking, and reporting. - Knowledge of instructional design, adult learning principles, and training facilitation. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); experience with Canva, Visio, or process mapping tools is a plus. - Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. - Willing to travel for store visits, process validation, and training implementation as needed. - Willing to report and perform duties at our Head Office in Visayas Avenue, Quezon City .
