This role ensures operational excellence, adherence to Vingroup and Green SM standards, and the cultivation of a service-oriented growth culture. Reporting to the Training Manager, the specialist oversees the administration of non driver training modules within the Lotus LMS, develops and updates localized training materials, and tracks post-training performance metrics to consistently enhance service quality and support company business. Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Education, HR, Psychology, or related field. Hands-on experience with LMS administration and training operations. Strong tracking, reporting, and follow-through skills. Comfortable facilitating training sessions when needed. Detail-oriented with strong process discipline. Work Location: In person
